DESCRIPTION:Each month\, we team up with Front Range Birding Company to discover the rich bird habitats of Hudson Gardens. You’ll leave with insights into local wildlife\, birding techniques\, identification tips\, and much more! Whether you are new to birding or an experienced birder\, there is always something exciting to see through your binoculars! \nThis walk will be held outdoors\, so please dress for the weather. Participants will meet in front of the Welcome Center by 8 am. Bring snacks\, water\, and a pair of binoculars. \nEarly registration is strongly encouraged as participation is limited. Class size is limited to 12 participants. \n  \nAbout the Front Range Birding Company \nOwners Dave & Lori Kwasnick not only run the Front Range Birding Company to sell feeders\, fresh seed\, optics\, guides\, and more\, but are passionate about continuing to develop a community hub with like-minded nature lovers of all ages\, and birders from beginner to expert. SUMMARY:Qigong Movement and Sound Bath with Judy Thurman

Through a gentle series of Qigong movements\, participants will learn to cultivate energy\, enhance flexibility\, and restore balance to their bodies. These mindful movements\, rooted in Chinese traditions\, are designed to promote the flow of Qi (life force energy) throughout the body\, helping to release tension\, reduce stress\, and improve overall well-being. \nThe session will begin with a guided Qigong practice\, focusing on deep breathing and fluid\, graceful movements that encourage relaxation and mindfulness. As participants become attuned to their body’s energy\, they will feel a sense of grounded calm and mental clarity. \nFollowing the movement practice\, participants will be immersed in a soothing sound bath\, where healing sounds from instruments such as singing bowls\, gongs\, and chimes will create an environment of deep relaxation. The frequencies produced by the sound bath will further amplify the benefits of the Qigong practice\, aiding in emotional release\, mental rejuvenation\, and physical healing. \nThis program is ideal for individuals seeking to reduce stress\, increase vitality\, and connect with their inner peace in a deeply restorative and nurturing way.
