Each station offers a different taste of Latin American culinary traditions: \n\nA-Frame Fire Station — Fire-kissed street tacos prepared with fire-roasted ingredients and house-made salsa roja.\nMobile Barbacoa Pit — Slow-roasted beef barbacoa or pork carnitas served as mini tacos.\nLatin Tapas Table — Elevated small bites such as Mexican street corn elote\, avocado tostadas\, or chorizo and potato croquetas.\n\nWatch chefs prepare each tasting and learn about the ingredients\, techniques\, history\, and cultural traditions behind each dish \nTequila TastingSample three different tequilas while learning about their production\, regional differences\, and what makes each one unique. \nLive Music & DanceEnjoy live mariachi music throughout the evening\, followed by a vibrant performance by Ballet Folklórico Patria Mexicana celebrating traditional Mexican music\, dance\, costumes\, and cultural heritage. \nActivitiesCreate your own custom taco seasoning and margarita salt to take home. DESCRIPTION:Please join local business The Chocolate Therapist as they lead us through a chocolate and beer tasting class! \nLearn how chocolate is made from bean to bar and how to taste chocolate properly while sampling single-origin chocolate. Next\, we’ll pair four different beers with 2 chocolates* each\, all handcrafted at the The Chocolate Therapist and made specifically for pairing with beer (4 beers\, 10 chocolates total).  *Chocolates are gluten-free\, soy-free and the dark is made without dairy. \nNo alcohol option: Tea can be substituted for wine for the same price\, and tea guests will receive a $5 in-store credit for shopping after class.
