SUMMARY:Herbal Dreaming
DESCRIPTION:Having trouble drifting off or wishing your dreams were more vivid and memorable? \n\nIn this workshop we will explore herbs long cherished for their ability to calm the mind\, ease the body into rest\, and gently enhance dream recall. Through guided exploration and hands-on crafting\, you’ll blend your own aromatic dream pillow filled with botanicals chosen for their relaxing and dream-inviting qualities. Leave with a beautiful\, custom-made sleep companion—and a deeper understanding of the plants that support restorative nights and meaningful dreams. \nAbout the Instructor: \nHello…I am Kirsten Dehmlow. I am a daughter\, wife\, mother and grandmother. Flowers and herbs have been an interest of mine for as long as I can remember. Everywhere I have lived I have found a plot of dirt to plant. During my first pregnancy I began building my library of books on using herbs. In the summer of 2020 I began my official training to become a community herbalist. I am dedicated to continue growing and learning how herbs heal and provide support physically\, emotionally and spiritually. \nI have been a childbirth educator for over 15 years and have also worked as a labor doula for many years. I was the Parent Education Coordinator at a hospital in Denver for over 13 years. I love educating and supporting families and am excited to add my knowledge of herbs as a focus of support. \nHelping women as they enter and progress through life transitions has been a continual focus in my work. Now I love adding herbs and Maya abdominal therapy as additional nourishing support. I offer one on one consultations\, classes and herbal products: teas\, tinctures\, salves and essential oils. \nCheckout her website to learn more: underthelindentreeco.com
