I am a daughter\, wife\, mother and grandmother. Flowers and herbs have been an interest of mine for as long as I can remember. Everywhere I have lived I have found a plot of dirt to plant. During my first pregnancy I began building my library of books on using herbs. In the summer of 2020 I began my official training to become a community herbalist. I am dedicated to continue growing and learning how herbs heal and provide support physically\, emotionally and spiritually. \nI have been a childbirth educator for over 15 years and have also worked as a labor doula for many years. I was the Parent Education Coordinator at a hospital in Denver for over 13 years. Join us for our programs in the newly titled and organized Active Adults Outdoors Club.  \nJoin us for our Monthly Active Adults Outdoors Club Meeting and Book Club! \nWe will be meeting at Hudson Gardens Administrative Building 6115 S. Santa Fe Dr. Littleton CO 80120 in the Colorado Room. Every meeting will be held at this location typically on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. \nEach month’s meeting will cover the monthly outings\, sharing stories of experiences\, discussion of future experiences and ending with our Book of the Month discussion! \nFor the Month of August we will discuss July’s Book\, and vote on the book we will begin reading for next months meeting!
