Spend an evening exploring Mexican culture through food, music, dance, and interactive experiences, all set against the beautiful backdrop of Hudson Gardens.
What to Expect
Enjoy three unique culinary tastings prepared by the Hispanic Restaurant Association. Each station offers a different taste of Latin American culinary traditions:
- A-Frame Fire Station — Fire-kissed street tacos prepared with fire-roasted ingredients and house-made salsa roja.
- Mobile Barbacoa Pit — Slow-roasted beef barbacoa or pork carnitas served as mini tacos.
- Latin Tapas Table — Elevated small bites such as Mexican street corn elote, avocado tostadas, or chorizo and potato croquetas.
Watch chefs prepare each tasting and learn about the ingredients, techniques, history, and cultural traditions behind each dish
Tequila Tasting
Sample three different tequilas while learning about their production, regional differences, and what makes each one unique.
Live Music & Dance
Enjoy live mariachi music throughout the evening, followed by a vibrant performance by Ballet Folklórico Patria Mexicana celebrating traditional Mexican music, dance, costumes, and cultural heritage.
Activities
Create your own custom taco seasoning and margarita salt to take home. Challenge your friends to oversized yard games, stop by the photobooth, or simply relax and take in the evening.

Visit the bar for additional beverages, including specialty cocktails like a Strawberry Rhubarb Margarita and Paloma.
