Celebrate our nation’s independence with family and friends at Hudson Gardens & Event Center. This community favorite will celebrate America’s 250th and Colorado’s 150th anniversaries with activities for all ages, live music, and festive fun throughout the evening.
Enjoy an unforgettable lineup starting with Ninety Percent 90s, delivering the best hits from the 90s. The party continues with The Spazmatics, internationally renowned as “The Ultimate ’80s New Wave Tribute,” bringing all the iconic sounds, styles, and high-energy dance moves from the decade we will never forget.
Guests can also enjoy delicious eats from local food trucks and refreshing themed cocktails and beer for the adults.
Cap off the evening with a spectacular fireworks finale, making it a night to remember. Come celebrate Independence Day with great music, great food, and great company!

Where do I park? Is there a fee to park?
Parking is free. We recommend parking at the ACC Campus (5900 S. Santa Fe) across from the venue.
Accessible parking is available at Hudson Gardens and provided on a first come, first served basis. A parking crew member can assist you.
Rideshare and ADA drop off and pickup should enter at West Weaver Avenue by Denver Seminary and head north on South Vinewood St. Pickup will be located in the front of Hudson Gardens near the main entrance of the Gift Shop.
Can I bring food?
You may bring in food in a soft-sided cooler. No glass containers will be allowed inside the venue, no exceptions. All bags will be subject to search. Please anticipate longer wait times prior to entry.
Where do I find my ticket?
Your tickets were delivered to your email from no-reply@tixr.com
If you cannot find an email in your inbox, please complete the following steps before reaching out to Hudson Gardens:
- Check your spam/junk inbox.
- Log in to your Tixr account at tixr.com. To view your tickets on a mobile device through your Tixr account: 1) Sign in to your Tixr.com account. 2) Click on your initials on the top right and select ‘My Events’. 3) Scroll to find the desired event card/order and select ‘View Tickets‘ (mobile) or ‘Print Tickets’ (desktop).

Do I need to print out my ticket?
No. We can scan the code on the ticket you received from your Tixr account or from your email directly on your mobile device.
What food and drinks will be available?
We will have a variety of vendors available. Additionally, cocktails and beer will be will be available for purchase for those 21+.

Are children free?
Children under 3 years old are free to enter. Children 3-12 years old are $15.
What is the schedule for the event?
4 pm: Early Entry pass admission (available as add on)
5 pm – General Admission Entry
6-7:30 pm Ninety Percent 90s
8-9:20 pm – The Spazmatics
9:20 pm* – America’s 250th Celebration Fireworks Finale

Can I bring water and non-alcoholic beverages?
You may bring in factory-sealed water bottles.
What size chair can I bring into the venue?
The venue is best suited for camping style lawn chairs. Lawn chairs must not go above the shoulders of the person sitting in them. The goal is to not block the views of people sitting behind you. We appreciate your cooperation.
What items are not permitted to bring into the venue?
Alcohol, drinks, water bottles (you may bring in plastic factory sealed water bottles only), marijuana, weapons, large and/or hard coolers, glass, pets (except service animals), umbrellas.
Are sparklers allowed?
No sparkers, firecrackers, or fireworks of any kind are permitted to be brought into the venue.
Will I be allowed readmission if I leave?
Yes, you may re-enter the venue, but will be subject to bag check.
How long will the fireworks show last?
The fireworks show is scheduled for approximately 10 minutes long.
What happens if it rains?
The concerts and fireworks are rain or shine. As we do not allow umbrellas into the venue, please plan accordingly with ponchos, raincoats, and prepare for Colorado’s ever-changing weather. No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled.
What if there is bad weather in the forecast?
Colorado’s weather can change rapidly. The safety of our patrons, artists, vendors, and staff is of the utmost importance to us. We work closely with safety personnel to stay up to date with the forecast. Please follow the Hudson Gardens & Event Center Facebook page (facebook.com/HudsonGardensCO) for information on the day of the event. (You do not need an account to see the information).
